The St. Bernard Parish Council has agreements with FEMA, Habitat for Humanity and other volunteer organizations to assist with the gutting of homes in St. Bernard Parish.

To sign up for this free service, home owners need to fill out the "RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL HAZARD REMOVAL ON PRIVATE PROPERTY" form and either mail it or deliver it to the St. Bernard Parish Office of Community Development.
